The high-temperature process for producing cuprous chloride (CuCl) is a process that further refines and refines CuCl based on the dry process. 

Our company is the only company currently using this process in the industry, achieving a CuCl content of 99%-99.5%, 

with the combined content of several major heavy metals below 50 ppm. This product is primarily used as a catalyst and raw material in organic chemical synthesis. 

Catalyst-grade CuCl has extremely high requirements for CuCl, with a heavy metal content generally around 10 ppm. It is widely used in the organosilicon, pharmaceutical, 

and pesticide synthesis industries. High-temperature CuCl, as a catalyst, is highly active and has high conversion rates in all processes.

 Customers also enjoy high yields and recovery rates. Organosilicon manufacturers, including Faravelli in Italy and Wacker in Germany,

 purchase over a thousand tons of CuCl annually from our company. Our company also serves as a raw material for pigments and inks. Companies such as Basf in Germany, 

Sanyo in Japan, Toyo Ink (Zhuhai) in China, and Flint are among our long-term customers.


Currently, there are two main production processes for CuCl: the wet process and the dry process. 

The raw materials used in the wet process are generally copper wastewater, resulting in the generated cuprous chloride product with low main content,

 high heavy metal content, poor product quality, and serious environmental pollution. Therefore, companies using this process currently find it difficult to survive in the industry.

 The cuprous chloride produced by this process is generally used in ordinary pigments; the raw materials used in the dry process are relatively pure, 

the main content of the product is around 98%-99%, the heavy metal content is generally 100ppm, and the acid-insoluble content is very easy to exceed the standard.


Application

High-grade cuprous chloride is widely used in industries such as organic silicon, biomedicine, pesticides, petrochemicals, chemical reagents, solar energy, etc.


Low-grade cuprous chloride is mainly used in pigments, pesticides, petrochemicals and other industries to meet different needs
